PUB RUNS

Thursday evenings at 18:30hrs. Location: various local pubs. Run as one large group as a 'social' run, suitable for all abilities. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Volunteers needed to host a Thursday run, you just need to have an idea of a route (5 to 6 miles, it doesn't matter if its road or off road) and a local pub with good food (and beer of course), just pick a free date, contact the pub to confirm that its alright to meet at their establishment and let us know (click on this link to see the free dates.)
